What kind of postcard is this?

This postcard was printed by W & AK. Johnston LT which was a major publishing house in the nineteenth century based in Edinburgh’s New Town (“Maps by W. &  A.K. Johston”). W & AK. Johnston was also a map publishing house(“Maps by W. & A.K. Johston”) which could correlate to the reason why there is a map on the postcard. It is part of the 203 series, although I was unable to find other postcards in this series, it is worth noting that this postcard was most likely accompanied by either other clan postcards or other types of postcards regarding the MacPherson Clan. This postcard is evidently a postcard that highlights the MacPherson Clan and the history of the clan. What I do not know regarding this postcard is exactly what the message is on the back of the postcard or if this postcard ever got a response from the recipient.
