My postcard: contemporary perspectives

250px-McCaig's_Tower.jpg

Everything seen on the front of the postcard is still around in Oban today. The picture on the front of the postcard is often replicated to this day. All of the buildings which I am assuming are now hotels, restaurants, and shops can still be seen lining the streets looking over the ocean. As well as McCaig’s tower can still be toured and its views appreciated. As it is a major tourist attraction. The value this postcard has is noticeable because it a picture of a town with ties too major wars and a power Scottish Clan. It gives anyone who looks at it a perspective of the culture and history Oban has.
