The Poultry Products Institute of Canada (PPI) was founded in 1951 to "tell the prospective customer about" how the "Canadian poultry industry has made wonderful strides in the production of high quality poultry and poultry products and in the efficient distribution of them"(Canadian Poultry Mag.). 

Its difficult to ascertain when exactly this booklet was published, as no such information exists on the booklet itself, however it would seem that it was published sometime between 1951 and 1961. 1951 being the year the PPI was founded, and 1961 being the year they published a booklet with full colour images, which this booklet lacks. (Amazon) This would indicate some sort of progression of technology used to print these books, hence the inferences.
