My name is Taylor Ross, and I am a first year student at the University of Guelph earning a Bachelor of Science with a declared major in Microbiology and minor in Neuroscience.  Aside from my primary interest in science, I also enjoy learning about interesting history as well as the culinary arts, so this project was quite enjoyable!
