There is a historical value attached to this culinary pamphlet because it indicates the social, economic, political and cultural phenomenon that had occurred. It provides an insight into the history of when this pamphlet was created and this can be attached to the research value. This pamphlet has a ton of research capacity attached to it. There has been no insight into the history of it yet, but it holds so many indications of events that occurred during the period it was created. This culinary pamphlet also contains a particular Sentimental Value to families where these recipes may be traditions. Just like this pamphlet, these recipes could have been passed down through generations. Their mothers could have cooked with evaporated milk. There is also sentimental value attached to the war. Veterans that fought in the war drank and ate food that incorporated evaporated milk in it. This recipe could be back memories and provide a sense of remembrance to that period. There is also a monetary value associated with this pamphlet. It is in good shape, with no folds or creases where they are not supposed to be. The colour has been faded, but writing and photographs are still clearly visible. It is old, but there is relevant information surrounding evaporated milk and the history during the period it was created. On the pamphlet, there is a monetary value of $20, though it is unclear what this means. However, there is no listed price online.
