Although there is no value printed on it, you can assume that its value is meant for emotional rather than monetary. This ribbon is hard to read, causing everything about it to become more difficult to get information out of, but the beauty behind it is that you can think that John H. Sleeman really appreciated whoever gave him this ribbon, as well as where he got it from.

This value cannot be linked to getting money, but more for the mental values and such that we can pull from just reading about it.  Although many people have different opinions on values of objects, this one could be easily perceived as an item with a small amount of worth if you do not know the meaning behind it. People would only understand the true value if they knew their history on the Royal Hotel and the Sleeman family.
