Hello, my name is Benjamin Stagg and I’m currently a first year undergraduate student attending the University of Guelph in the program Criminal Justice and Public Policy. My hometown is Mississauga, Ontario, and it is where I’ve spent most of my life. Growing up, I played a variety of sports but my passion was in competitive hockey. I currently play video games professionally, that being my main source of income. I’m not certain about what I want to pursue in the future, but something revolving law, or law enforcement. I found an interest in Scottish History and Tourism because my father’s side of the family is majority Scottish. I ended up taking this course and didn’t regret it, as it allowed me to have a greater understanding of Scottish history, as well as helped me have conversations with family members about our heritage.
