Loch Lomond is a lake located in southern Scotland. It is a part of Loch Lommond and The Trossachs National Park. It is known to be the largest lake located in the British Isles, and is one of the most beautiful sights in Scotland. It was ranked the 6th best natural beauty in Britain, and is a popular tourist destination for those who like to admire the beauty of its landscape. Located on the west bank of Loch Lomond is the village of Luss. Luss is a popular tourist destination as it sits right on the shore of Loch Lomond. It is known for its simplistic beauty and famous pier. The Luss Pier, is the main starting point used by boaters and those touring Loch Lomond. In the backdrop, you can get a glimpse of Mount Ben Lomond, a mountain that is a part of Ben Lomond National Memorial Park. It is a designated memorial for soliders who lost their lives in the first and second world wars. Overall, the view of Loch Lomond from Luss is beautiful and a very significant place in history.
