FRENCH CREAM PUFF

We selected French cuisine and a recipe for Cream Puffs. This recipe was from Craig Claiborne’s, Classic French Cooking, published in 1970 by Time-Life Books. We are interested in French cuisine because it was one of the first prominent cuisines in the world, and by studying it further in-depth, we had the opportunity to understand not only the food, but the culture that revolves around French cuisine. Alex also complete French immersion high school. Cream puffs are a popular dessert found in many places, including bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores and more. Many people in Canada and the world may be interested in this recipe as they have likely tried it before. Cream puffs are a great representative of French ethnic cuisine they require many essential French techniques in making components such as pâté à choux.
