BIBIMBAP:
Regardless of age, social class, or generation, bibimbap is one of the all-time favorite meals of Korean people and many others. A traditional bibimbap dish is served with raw beef, or yukhoe (육회), but this dish does not have to be complicated. Most commonly, this dish is consumed because of its simplicity, convenience, and healthy characteristic. Each cookbook and author have their unique ways of preparing the dish because of its endless variations of ingredients depending on dietary or preference requirements.
