Directions as we perfected them …
- Place pork and salmon in a crock-pot on high and let cook for 6 hours (or until thoroughly cooked)
- Remove cooked meat from the crock-pot and cut both pork and salmon into 12 pieces
- Wash spinach; leave stems intact
- Place a metal steamer in a medium saucepan filled with 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil. Add spinach, cover, and steam for about 3 minutes, or until just wilted.
- Put a piece of pork and salmon in center of the spinach, then gently fold spinach up over pork
- Wrap a second piece of spinach around the bundle; you may use more than two if needed
- Optional: may use cooking string to secure the wrap
- Serve on plate
