Reflections

We prepared a recipe for Chicken with Rice Casserole from the James Newton, Village Taverna. Our final reflections on this project are as follows.

One of the most interesting things that we learned in the process of completing this project was the recipe itself. It was not an easy recipe to follow and we made the best of it by using our own interpretation on parts of the process along the way.

Our classmates enjoyed our recipe and one observation that we found after hearing some feedback, was that classmates who were of European descent, gave us positive feedback on our dish. One of our classmates gave us some feedback that said, “Yes, it tasted delicious, I like Italian food so it was easy to relate this dish to that taste.”

Our overall rating of the food is that it was very flavourful, and the process was very descriptive and informative.
