CHILLED FRUIT SOUP

I prepared the recipe for chilled fruit soup from Peter and Laura Zeranski, Polish Classic Cooking. My final reflections on this project are as follows.

The most interesting thing I learned from this assignment is that chilled fruit soup has an almost identical nutritional profile to strawberry yogurt (Dietitians of Canada, 2017). Although none of my classmates had tried chilled fruit soup before, many commented that it was “delicious,” “sweet,” and “taste[d] more like a smoothie” or “like yogurt.” I would give this recipe a 10 out of 10, as it was inexpensive, easy to make, and received only positive reviews.
