MEXICAN CHILLI STEW

s04MexicanChiliStew.JPG

We selected Mexican cuisine and a recipe for Mexican Chili Stew. This recipe was from Harriet S. Loury’s, Fifty Choice Recipes for Spanish and Mexican Dishes, published in 1905 by Forgotten Books.

Personally, we were interested in this recipe due to the fact that we’ve both traveled to Mexico and while being there, we develope an appreciation for the cuisine and culture. On the other hand, we think that people in Canada would be interested in this recipe because currently in Canada, there is increasing diversity and expansion of different cuisines in restaurants and grocery stores.
