Spaghetti and Meatballs 

 

MEATBALLS

  • 8 oz. (250 g) ground veal
  • 8 oz. (250 g) ground pork
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups (500 mL) bread crumbs
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup (125 mL) vegetable oil
  • 2 cups (500 mL) grated Parmesan cheese

SPAGHETTI WITH MEATBALLS

  • 19 oz. (540 mL) canned tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup (125 mL) chopped parsley
  • 1 lb (500 g) spaghetti
