Based on my analysis, it seems that this recipe could be part of a healthy diet when eaten occasionally, and in moderation. The recipe provides 18% D.V of Calcium!  Short grain, sticky brown rice could be used to increase the fibre content.  A lower fat milk or milk alternative could be substituted.  The amount of sweetener can be decreased/substituted with a natural sweetener such as agave, honey, or stevia.
