  • Potatoes (we used Yukon gold)
  • Butter  - 1/4 cup
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 2 full eggs
  • Sugar – 0.25 g
  • Salt – 3 g
  • Parmesan Cheese – ½ cup
  • Nutmeg – 1 g
  • Cooking Oil – ½ cup
  • Breadcrumbs – 25 g
  • Flour – 1 cup
