About this recipe

In a lot of Polish cuisine, dessert is meant to compliment your meals and shouldn’t require many exclusive ingredients; it can be made whenever because the ingredients are multipurpose and already in the kitchen. This recipe is great because other than the apples, which many people in Poland have easy access to, there is not a lot of one ingredient that is required. There isn’t a lot of sugar added and the sour cream brings up the tartness. It’s something soft that you can bite into and really savour the apple flavour.
