MEXICAN CHILI STEW

  • Cut all vegetables (Tomatoes, Potatoes Onion) into small pieces
  • Dice the lean beef
  • Put the beef in a pot with 2 tablespoons of heated butter and onion and stew for half an hour
  • Add the rest of the vegetables with the water, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste
  • Keep food on slow fire until everything is cooked
