4 adult servings of this recipe cost $11.90. If we had used the highest priced ingredients we saw for sale on October 13th in Guelph, the cost would be 15% higher. If we had used the lowest priced ingredients, the cost would be 17% lower. Pork shoulder is expensive and accounted for 40% of our cost.
