4 Adult servings of this recipe cost $28.40. If I would have used the highest priced ingredients I saw on sale in early October, the cost of my meal would be 28% more expensive. If I had used the lowest priced ingredients, the cost would have been 11% lower. Most of the ingredients I purchased for my recipe came from the lower end of my spectrum, apart from the paprika. Considering that paprika is the star of this dish, I bought the most expensive paprika I could find that day, a sweet smoked paprika accounting for almost 25% of my total  I also got a great deal of a whole turkey for approximately $12 – on a promotion.
