Based on my analysis, it seems that this recipe could definitely be part of a healthy diet and eaten daily. Many of the ingredients used in this recipe contribute to a healthy diet. Avocados contain an abundant amount of monounsaturated fats that are essential to the health of our skin, producing hormones, reduction of cardiovascular disease, key to healthy digestion and energy production. Along with their high fat content, avocados also are very high in fiber and potassium. Fiber is key in maintaining satiety and a healthy body weight, while potassium is a main electrolyte that the body requires for muscular and nerve functions.
