4 adult servings of this recipe cost $1.53. If I had used the highest priced ingredients I saw for sale on October 16th in Toronto, this cost would be 3.9% higher. If I had used the lowest priced ingredients, the cost would be 15% lower. The main cause of price increase was the difference between rice brands. For the same amount of rice (5lbs), there was a difference of around $1.40.
