Reflections

We prepared a recipe for the Taiwanese Minced Pork Rice from the author Huang Jing Long, 台灣小吃-圖解版(Taiwan Snacks - Graphic Version*). Our final reflections on this project are as follows. The most interesting thing that we learned would be the fact that budgeting is crucial when it comes to purchasing ingredients to create the recipe. In terms of the reception of our recipe, we were voted number one for our seminar and many people came back for a second round! Most of our classmates thought the dish was relatively strong in flavour and filling especially in the winter but suggested for some vegetable pairings. Our overall rating of our recipe would be excellent, given the low cost to prepare it and the positive feedback we received.
