SOUTHEAST ASIAN FRIED RICE

s03nasigoreng.JPG

We selected the South East Asian cuisine from Singapore and a recipe for Nasi Goreng. This recipe was from the cookbook Recipi Sihat Masakan Melayu which was published by a hospital. We selected this recipe because we were curious how a multicultural society such as Singapore would make their Nasi Goreng, which is essentially fried rice.

This exhibit was created by Yang Hoong (Year 2, LOM) and Andy Ho (Year 2, HAFA)
