We selected Italian cuisine and a recipe for Spaghetti with Meatballs. This recipe was from Antonietta Terrigno’s 2010 Classic Italian Cooking Recipe Book, published in 2010 by Osteria de Medici.

 

Italy has long been romanticized as an idyllic place. Italian food and ways play an important part in this romanticization. For most of the Italian Spaghetti with Meatballs represents the classic Italian dish. For many North Americans, Spaghetti and Meatballs was their first taste of “real” Italian food, this recipe is known as the classic Italian dish.
