Based on my analysis, it seems that this recipe could be part of a healthy diet and eaten once per week.

The recipe is an excellent source of protein, calcium, vitamin C & vitamin A. It could be made healthier by choosing leaner meat. One could serve it with salad instead of rice or bread for a healthier alternative. However, sometimes it is completely okay to choose kababs instead of abs.
