4 adult servings of this recipe cost $11.00. If we had used the highest priced ingredients we saw for sale on October 20th, 2017, Guelph, this cost would be 35% higher.

If we had used the lowest priced ingredients, the cost would be 8% lower. 

Parmesan cheese was very expensive and accounted for 40% of our cost. Parmesan requires at least 3 gallons of milk to make one pound of cheese, so it is expensive.
