Based on my analysis, it seems that this recipe could be part of a healthy diet eaten once per week. It contains 1 serving of fruit and vegetables and 1.6 servings of grain products, but is lacking any meat and alternatives and dairy. The olive oil is a good source of healthy unsaturated fats, while the bread provides iron, niacin, calcium, zinc and protein, and the tomatoes provide the vitamins A, C, K, folate and fibre. An unhealthy ingredient of this recipe are the olives because they contain a high amount of sodium.
