I selected Hungarian cuisine and a recipe for Chicken Paprikash. This recipe from the Agricultural Marketing Center’s, Flavors of Hungary recipe book, which was published in 2009. The main reason I selected this recipe was that I enjoyedit so frequently throughout my childhood. Chicken Paprikash was a dish prepared by both sides of grandparents, just with slight differences.
