SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS
For one serving, approximately 1 cup of cooked pasta, ¾ cup of tomato sauce and 5 meatballs (ABOUT 1 ½ oz)
Based on our analysis, it seems that this recipe could be part of a healthy diet and eaten once per week. It’s saucy and versatile pasta base makes this dish easy to alter to cater to any diet. If eaten consistently we may change the meat proportions in the meatballs to use leaner cuts and add more vegetables for less fat and fibre.
