RUSTIC CORN GUACAMOLE

Based on my analysis, it seems that this recipe could be part of a healthy diet and eaten daily. The only concerning thing about it is the amount of saturated fat it contains, as saturated fat is known to raise “bad” cholesterol, and we generally try to limit consumption of it. This dish is a good source of vitamins A, C, and E, as well as calcium and folate. The only suggestion I would give to make it more health conscious would be to reduce the amount of salt added.
