Based on my analysis, it seems that this recipe could be part of a healthy diet if eaten once per week or only on special occasions. Fish is a healthy source of polyunsaturated fats. Cheese provides a good source of calcium and vitamin A. These are the only ingredients that I would consider to be part of a healthy diet.  However, the herring does provide a relatively high amount of sodium due to its pickling process.
