WILTED WATERCRESS SALAD

Four adult servings for this recipe cost $12.40. If I had used the highest priced ingredients I saw for sale on October 18, 2017 in Guelph, this cost would be 28% higher. If I had used the lowest priced ingredients, the cost would be 4% lower. Most of the ingredients were cheapest when bought in bags or packaged form -- the potatoes, onions, garlic, vegetable oil, and salt. This means any unused ingredients can be used for other meals, or another, future use of this recipe.
