FRENCH EGGPLANT QUICHE

We selected French cuisine and a recipe for Eggplant Quiche. This recipe was from From Julia Child’s Kitchen by Julia Child, which was published in 1975 by Knopf. As egg lovers and health nuts, this recipe caught our eye because of the unique ingredients Julia Child has used to spice up an otherwise plain product; we are always looking for creative ways to incorporate more eggs into our diets, and as avid breakfast food lovers we thought this recipe was perfect!  We believe that many Canadians share the same love for breakfast food and eggs. Te convenience of this recipe would make it a staple in many homes; you can bake it ahead of time and save it for a day where there’s no time to cook!
