We selected Greek cuisine and a recipe for chicken and rice casserole.  This recipe was from James Newton, Village taverna recipes, which was published in 2012 by Google books. We are interested in this recipe because there’s something new to try in Greek cuisine everyday. We have Greek friends who tell us about festivals they attend and enjoy Greek feasts.
