CHILLED FRUIT SOUP

  • In a blender, blend strawberries with 1 cup of buttermilk
  • In a large bowl, whisk the remaining 3 cups of buttermilk with the sour cream and sugar
  • Add the berry mixture to the bowl and stir until combined
  • Chill thoroughly (at least 1 hour)
