Based on our analysis, it seems that this recipe could be part of a healthy diet and eaten daily if other daily meals reflected the missing nutrients (such as grain products and milk and alternatives). The stew can be considered a healthy dish because it has little “bad fat” (saturated and trans fat) and little salt.
