COLD LEMON CHICKEN

We prepared a recipe for Cold Lemon Chicken from Calvin B. Lee and Audrey E. Lee, The Gourmet Chinese Regional Cookbook.  Our final reflections on this project are as follows. We learned about food prices and costs; we were very focused on buying the best quality food using the least amount of money.  We think our classmates liked the flavour combinations. One classmate said “it is really tasty with the flavour of lemon and spices. Overall, the taste was good, aljtough some people found it too spicy. We rate the dish an 8/10 because the preparation was simple; it only took us 10 minutes to cook
