Nasi Goreng

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 medium clove garlic
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 150g of chicken, without skin, cubed
  • 1 cup carrot, cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli stem, cubed
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 cups of a mix of brown and white rice
  • Salt and pepper
