POTATO CROQUETTES

We prepared a recipe for potato croquettes from Auguste Mario, Easy French Cookery. Our final reflections on this project are as follows.  It is very interesting that the original recipe is more than 100 years old and does not contain many details about the types and amounts of ingredients, but we coped with it.   We received a lot of positive feedback about the texture and healthfulness of this recipe, while some feedback suggesting adding more salt. 

In conclusion, this is a relatively complex dish to make, but it is worth it after seeing so many positive feedbacks.
