We prepared a recipe for Meat Croquettes from C.J. Wannee, Cookbook of the Amsterdam Household School. Our final reflections on this recipe are as follows:

The most interesting thing we learned about our dish was how easy it was to make! All of us had tried a meat croquette similar to this recipe prior to making it, and we were surprised as to how straightforward and easy the recipe was to replicate. Our classmates ranked our recipe as the tastiest dish in our seminar! One of our classmates commented, “Based on the appearance of this dish, I didn’t expect it to taste so delicious!” Another student added, “I had never tried this dish before, but will definitely try it again!” Overall, our classmates and our group rated the Meat Croquettes as high, and it exceeded our expectations. This dish was easy and enjoyable to prepare, serve, and it was lekker (delicious)! We will definitely be making this dish again soon! Eet Smakelijk!
