  • 2lbs (1kg) Penne
  • ½ cup (125 ml) Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp. (60ml) Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Crushed Chilies
  • 3 Ripe Tomatoes (peeled and diced)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ½ cup (125ml) Parmesan Cheese
