If we had used the highest priced ingredients we saw for sale on October 11th in Guelph, this cost would be 46% higher. If we had used the lowest priced ingredients, the cost would be no lower

We chose to use all our lowest priced ingredients, to keep our costs low. The veal made up for 33% of the cost for 4 servings. Sadly, we were not able to find any ingredients on sale in order to further reduce our costs.
