CHICKEN PAPRIKASH
The recipe I used came from a government funded initiative to try to increase awareness and prevalence of some national dishes to Hungarians and their relations. This resulted a non-traditional cook book, it was rather short, with very brief descriptions and simplified ingredients. Still the most interesting part of the book was the beautiful photography used in the recipe book. The book also worked great with my student budget thanks to its simple, but traditional recipe ingredients. Lastly the recipe book covered so many great recipes that I enjoyed throughout my childhood, especially the Deserts section with covers my most favorite desert -- chocolate Dobos Cake.
