FRAGRANT COCONUT RICE
I prepared a recipe for Fragrant Coconut Rice from the Christina Arokiasamy, The Malaysian Kitchen. My final reflections on this project are as follows. I think that this dish has mass appeal because of the variety of dishes from different cultures it can accompany. My classmates, who come from a vast variety of cultural backgrounds, all said they could see themselves eating this recipe, especially alongside spicy meat dishes. I rate this as an excellent dish overall due to the relative ease with which all the ingredients can be obtained, the simplicity of preparation, and it’s widely enjoyed fragrance. Menikmati.
