If we had used the highest priced ingredients I saw for sale on October 4, 2017 in Brampton, this cost would be 56% higher.

If we had used the lowest priced ingredients, the cost would be 6% lower.

Pork shoulder and belly accounted for about 90%  of the total cost. Pork belly was more than double the price on the day of purchase because it was on sale at a discounted price on October 4, 2017. Also, pork belly is more common in Brampton than in Guelph.
