Based on my analysis, it seems that this recipe could be part of a healthy diet and eaten daily. This recipe has a good amount of potassium and vitamin C. You can substitute lime rind and lime juice for lemon juice and rind without changing the nutritional value too much. This changes the flavour drastically however, so I suggest sticking to limes if they are available.
