  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns
  • 200g minced pork
  • 50g preserved turnip, rinsed and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chilli oil
  • 185mL chicken stock, 30% less sodium
  • 400g thin wheat flour noodles
