The recipe and cuisine I have chosen to present is matzo ball soup, which is from a Jewish cuisine.  The reason behind my choice of topic for presentation is because I come from a Jewish background, this recipe gives me a lot of nostalgia of my mom making big portions of traditional Jewish food at family gatherings.  This specific recipe was always made at every family gathering or religious holiday and it is delicious, nutritious and appetizing.  Many people in Canada would be very interested in this recipe because it is really simple and easy to make as well as quite appetizing.  One can find this recipe is most big city delis in Canada, they usually offer some sort of homemade version of it that is delicious.
